What are the techincal requirements of Matt's show? Matt has material suitable for nearly any environment. To be sure, you do NOT need a full stage with fancy lighting and curtains to enjoy most of Matt's material. While his smaller performances, such as close-up or stand-up shows, have virtually no technical requirments, larger productions typcially require at least a well lit 12'x16' performance space and a basic sound system. Additional tech, including a projection screen and projector, may be used for certain shows, so be sure to discuss the specific requirements of your show with Matt when you call.

Can I have the recipe for Matt's mom's famous sloppy joes? Of course! 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 tbsp Worcestershire 1/2 c. catsup 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp brown sugar 3/4 c. water 1 can tomato paste 2 tbsp vinegar 1//2 tsp paprika 1 tsp dry mustard Brown beef, discard fat. Put all ingredients in slow cooker (crock pot), stir thoroughly. Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours (or high 3-4 hours). Serve over mashed potatoes.
